You can run the survey at the top of your page for the best response rate results and use the end of the survey to push your customers to engage with your Disco widget simultaneously.

Disco Setup Instructions
Once you're live on Disco, there is only one update you need to make in the Disco platform.
Go to Settings > Page Setup.
If "Enable Post Purchase Experience" is enabled, disable it. This will ensure that the KnoCommerce survey will display on your mobile experience.

KnoCommerce New Survey Setup Instructions
First, go to Data->Surveys and add new survey (if you just signed up we'll take you straight there).
Skip the audiences section, and go to the questions section. Click the "Start with A template" button and search for the Disco template.
Widget Copy: The integration is set up to move your Disco widget from its location on the order status page to the top of the page once the customer opts in to see additional products.
If you'd like to increase the number of loads of DiscoFeed by copying the Disco element instead of moving it, that's totally possible! Just turn on the Copy Element option by following the GIF below.
Last Steps: Edit or delete any questions, set your styles, and publish!
Save & Publish: From here, all you have to do is click Save (yellow floppy disk in the lower right-hand corner). Then on the following page ('You did it!' with confetti) click Publish AND Add to Confirmation. Then that will get you deployed and pushing customers to your Disco setup!
KnoCommerce Existing Survey Setup Instructions
If you already have a survey setup and just want to add the action to your survey, these are the instructions for you to follow!
Intro Question
Adding an introductory question helps to streamline the customer experience and show the Action to the customers who are most interested in seeing these offers from other brands.
Click the plus to add a question.
Then search for Action Intro. We recommend the Radio when you only have the Disco Action to setup. But if you'd like to add other actions, then we recommend the Checkbox option. Once you've made your choice, add it to the survey!
Change the question to specifically target the Disco action: Would you be interested in seeing some products from other brands we love?
Then click and drag the question to the end of the survey (if it's not already there).
Disco Action
Click the plus sign again to add the Action, then select the Action menu at the top of the new modal. Search for Disco, and add the Action to the survey.
Set up the logic for the action by click the 'advanced settings' option at the bottom of the question. Toggle logic on, Prerequisite Question on, then choose the intro question, toggle on Detailed Choice, and select the Yeah, let's do it! option.

Now just click save to set your changes live and you'll be ready to go!
