We know there's been a lot of communication flying around KnoCommerce about these plan changes that are happening to the KnoCommerce Free plans. If you'd like to see more of the reasoning for why we've made this decision, please check out our VP of Revenue's LinkedIn Post, as he clearly and thoroughly explains why we've moved in this direction.

We know this may feel like a big shift, but we’ve worked hard to create options that still provide great value:


1. Migrate to our TikTok Whitelabel Product

Prefer to stay on a free option? You can switch with a few clicks and receive $250 in TikTok ad credits if you move before December 31, 2024. Learn more about the TikTok PPS here.

Here are your step-by-step instructions to migrate to TikTok PPS:

  1. Log in to your KnoCommerce Account via our Login Page or via the KnoCommerce App in your Shopify Admin Apps section)

    • When you migrate your account over to the TikTok PPS, the data itself will not transfer over, so export it now before you migrate!

    • We don't delete the survey data, so if you want to come back to the standard KNO plans in the future, the historic survey data will still be in your account at that time.

  2. Migrate over to TikTok PPS

    You'll have to head over to your TikTok Ads Manager to get started here, but follow the directions for your e-commerce platform below


2. Switch to our Starter Plan

Our free plan will roll over to our new Starter plan at $19/month. It’s still the lowest entry point for surveying on the market—and costs less than lunch at your local deli!

Here are your step-by-step instructions to change your plan to the new Starter plan!

  1. Log in to your KnoCommerce Account via our Login Page or via the KnoCommerce App in your Shopify Admin Apps section)

  2. Once you're logged in, you can either

    1. OR navigate to Settings (in the left-hand menu), then Billing (top menu), and click 'Change Plan'

  3. Then just follow the subscription upgrade prompts and you'll be all set to go!


3. Continue to Collect Data

If neither option works for now, your survey will still collect data for the time being, and you’ll need to upgrade to access the data after January 24th.

But don't wait too long! Once January 24th rolls around, all un-migrated accounts will lose access to the KNO account dashboard.
