Stamped is a great review platform, and their checkout review feature is a great way to drive higher conversions on your website. This is what the reviews look like on your website

On average, we see around 45% of ppl completing the survey and around 33% of those people are then taking an action at the end of the survey to leave a review, and many are leaving multiple reviews. If your store receives 1000 orders/mo, you can expect ~150 or so reviews from this integration. Here is what it will look like on your confirmation page:

Let's dive in on how to set this up!

If you don't already have one, you'll want to create a KNO account here

**Note you will need to have our "Pro" or "Analyst" plan to unlock this feature, but you can use code "STAMPED" for 50% off your first 3 months

After creating your account, the app will take you to the survey builder to create your first survey!

Confirm the option to display the survey on the confirmation screen. It should look like the screenshot below. Just so you know, you can always send a survey through a link as well, such as our abandoned cart survey, but we can skip that for now :).

Make sure to give the survey a title, below mine is "Attribution Survey", you can do the same

Skip the Choose an Audience step and go straight to the Ask Questions section. Click Start With A Template to find our attribution survey.

Search for or use the arrows to navigate through the template library to find the Stamped template and click Add Template.

Note do not edit the last question titled "STAMPED, DO NOT EDIT"

If you want, you can choose to add or delete Response options for any of the questions. Also, make sure to check out some of the options in the 'advanced settings menu. Features like Add Response to Klaviyo and Add Response to Shopify require, helper text, question logic, selecting a free-response 'Other' option, randomizing the response display order, and utilizing a two-column format are all features that are available regardless of the plan you have selected!

Once you have all of your settings in place, click save (the yellow floppy disk in the lower right corner).

It will take you to the 'You did it!' page with confetti. Make sure to 'Publish Survey' AND 'Add to Shopify Confirmation screen'. Both are required in order to get your survey displayed properly on your Shopify store.

That's it! Now just sit back and watch the survey results and reviews roll in!
