For Tapcart customers that need to turn their KNO post-purchase survey life

This article will walk you through how to finish setting up your KnoCommerce account and turn your survey live

Our Tapcart integration allows you to not only collect data from your post-purchase surveys, but also drive Tapcart downloads

If Tapcart has set up your KNO account, you'll need to do the following to turn it live:

1) Reset your password and log into your account:

You can reset your password here: https://app.knocommerce.com/forgot-password

Once you've done that, log in here: https://app.knocommerce.com/

2) Connect your account to Shopify

Simply click on the Shopify integration and type in your credentials:

3) Publish the Survey

Edit the survey:

Click save on the bottom right

Be sure to click Publish AND Add to Confirmation Screen:

You're all set!
