We highly recommend adding a call to action at the end of all of your surveys. You can add a link to any landing page, a picture, or text here. The "Canvas" action is our new custom action builder that fully supports Shopify's checkout extensibility!
Step 1: Add the Canvas to your survey from the survey builder

Step 2: Add a View (or two)
Views are basically a grouping of elements. We'll be expanding the capability of views in the coming months.
Step 3: Add Text, Images, and Links to your "Views". You can edit everything in the Content section on the right hand side of the survey preview.
A quick note about Checkout Extensibility: Unfortunately it doesn't fully support many of the elements we used to offer, but expect the following to come:
Additional layout options
Heading text
Linkable images (can be used to create buttons)
Video (pending Shopify adding support, which is expected in the future)
