Make sure that you configure the Shopify Rockerbox Integration between your Shopify store and your Rockerbox account. This is a prerequisite for our integration to work correctly as well.

Go to the KnoCommerce Integrations page and click Connect for the Rockerbox integration.

Once you're directed to the Rockerbox Integration Settings, it will look like this:

Step 1: You'll need to grab your Advertiser ID from inside of your Rockerbox Account and paste it into the field.

Step 2: Then you'll need to select the question for which you are going to push events into Rockerbox. This will be your version of the 'How did you first hear about our brand? question for the best results in Rockerbox.

Step 3: From here you can click Enable Integration and you'll be all set! There is no additional work that you need to do in Rockerbox to configure anything.
