To start your journey on the road to discovering all of your customer data insights, the first thing you'll need to do is create a KnoCommerce account. At Kno, an account is something connected to your brand/store. If you're looking for info on adding a user to an existing KnoCommerce account, please check out the Account User help doc.

Registration Page

Head to our Registration page to get started.

You'll have three options that you can use to create your account. Each of these options will create the first user profile on the account, before walking you through the questionnaire to complete the account creation.

Option 1: Email Account Registration (Recommended)

When you register with email, enter your own Name (First & Last), then your Email address, then a unique password.

Option 2: Google Account Registration

Choosing this option will open up a Google OAuth Modal. Sign into your Google Account and this will provide the authorization for you to create your KnoCommerce account.

Option 3: Shopify Store Registration

Choosing this option will open up a small modal. Enter your Shopify store URL and click Sign Up. Using this option will create the first user profile, create your account, and also set up your Shopify Integration in the same step!

Complete Account Questionnaire

After completing any of the three options from above, you'll be taken to our account questionnaire screen. You'll be prompted to complete several questions that will allow us to better serve and support you as you utilize our product.

Once you click 'Create Account' you're all done! Your KnoCommerce brand account has been created and you're ready to continue with your setup! Make sure that you set up your Shopify Integration next.

Let us know if you have any questions at hello@knocommerce.com and happy surveying!
