Overview
Our Starter plan is a great first step on the journey to unlocking the value of our survey tool that becomes fully available on our paid plans. This guide will walk you through how to set up 3 critical questions on your post-purchase survey to get the most insights possible:

What brought you to our website today?
How long did you know about us before making your first purchase?
Sign Up
Start by signing up for KnoCommerce - if you're coming from one of these agencies we've hooked you up a little extra and make sure to use the below links :)
After creating your account, the app will take you to the survey builder to create your first survey! If not, simply follow the first steps below to jump right in.
Set Up Guide
Step 1: Create your survey
Click on Surveys on your side menu and click on "+ Create survey":
Step 2: Select "Continue with template"
Step 3: Select "Simple attribution" template
Click on "Use template"
Optional: Edit survey template
If you want, you can:
Choose to add or delete options for either of the first two questions.
Use the Content + Integration section to enable features like Add Response to Klaviyo
Enable helper text, question logic, selecting a free-response 'Other' option, randomizing the response display order, and utilizing a two-column format
Step 4: Publish survey
Once you have all of your settings in place, click the option to publish
Step 5: Select channel
Once published, select a Channel to distribute your survey. Most folks start with our Shopify Checkout Extension:
That's it! Now just sit back and watch the survey results roll in!
