Getting your clients set up with KnoCommerce takes minutes and the insights can help your team and clients better understand their online customers and unlock insights that will guide your ad-buying strategy.
Here are a variety of ways you can use Kno for your clients and how to best educate clients on the benefits and insights that come from a Kno survey.
Best Practices as an Agency
Have one survey for the first 30 days to make sure that you and your client can get enough data to fully understand the customer journey.
Have a general admin email tied to all client accounts for easy KNO management.
Use the KNO templates and then add brand-specific questions. These templates have been built out with the best response and engagement rates in mind.
Integrate into Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or other tools via our Settings > Integrations tab.
We do not encourage the use of discounts by filling out the survey, our data shows this leads to a lower completion rate.
Even if your client starts on the free plan, ensure that they are using all 3 questions (preferably the free attribution template) to get the most out of the plan right away.
After 30 days, evaluate if segmenting surveys to new/returning makes sense for the brand and establish audiences to cross-examine the data based on various data points.

If you have a client that wants to use Kno, we encourage you to have them register for a Kno account here. (Have them click the Shopify registration option for the easiest implementation)

What plan to recommend to your client:
If your client is spending under $10,000/mo in ad spend - start with our Free plan (register via the Shopify option).
If your client is spending between $10-100,000/mo in ad spend - start with our Analyst plan (register via the Shopify option).
If your client is spending over $100,000/mo in ad spend - start with our Pro plan (Register via Shopify option).

TLDR; We’re seeing up to a 90% gap in click attribution on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We’re asking all our clients to turn on a post-purchase survey to help fill in this gap, and have negotiated a free deal that requires no work from you, simply reply back to this email with a “yes”.
We’ve partnered with KnoCommerce to help all our brands better understand and market to their customers.
KnoCommerce is a post-purchase survey tool that seamlessly integrates into your order status/confirmation page right when consumers check out. Roughly half of the purchasers have shown to voluntarily complete this form. This form helps collect data from your purchasers to aid in attribution and market research on your target audience.
The survey insights will allow us to figure out who your customers are, what they like, and which marketing channels are producing high LTV customers. We can then leverage this data to drive advocacy, repeat purchases, and acquire higher-value customers.
