Creating surveys with Kno takes just minutes!

To get started navigate to Data -> Surveys and click the button to create your first survey.

When you arrive, you'll have the ability to add audiences and questions to your survey, and customize your survey styles. Let's break it down.

  • The first step is survey delivery! Send it by email, or enable it for your Shopify or Custom confirmation screen.

  • On higher tier plans, each survey can be limited to a single audience, or left to display to all customers. Audiences can be created using different order, customer, and survey response data points. Read more details here.

  • Each plan has a limit to the number of questions you can add to a survey. For information on all available questions, read more here.

    • STARTER: 3 questions

    • ANALYST: Unlimited questions/actions

    • PRO: Unlimited questions/actions

  • Every plan has access to survey templates. Check out more on how to utilize survey templates here.

  • Looking for inspiration on questions? Check out our list of of our favorite questions here!

  • When you're done adding questions you can customize button and highlight colors, add custom css (only available for use on the order confirmation screen), and change the next/previous button text. Read here for more info.

To enable for Shopify, just save your survey from the creation/edit screen and use the dropdown to publish to Shopify (or choose Custom if you're on a different platform). See the Shopify integration for information about testing the survey live.
