Create a New Tag inside Google Tag Manager

Select Tag Configuration. This will open a sidebar, now click on Custom HTML Tag

Now go ahead and drop the Kno Commerce Script into the HTML editor.

Make sure to update kno_id to your api key and

the id in the second script tag to your Account Id. Learn where to find those Here.

The selector option in the KnoCommerce script is the HTML element that we embed our script too. Make sure that HTML element is on the page where you want to display our survey.

Once our script is added to Google Tag Manager, and the HTML element added to your page. You will start to see surveys being displayed!
