Functionality

KnoCommerce has four different question types that utilize the Autocomplete text-matching feature:

The Radio button (single-select) question can utilize the Autocomplete for the 'Other' option.

The Checkbox question (multi-select) can utilize Autocomplete for the 'Other' option as well.

The Text question and TextArea question both utilize the Autocomplete feature for the main open-ended text options.

Step 1: Navigate to "Content"

Head to the "Content" section of your survey builder

Step 2: Enable Autocomplete

Once you navigate to the 'Content' modal for the question, you can enable Autocomplete:

This feature will check against all responses submitted for the particular question and recommend them in the open-text field for the customer to select. If no responses have been submitted previously, we will recommend the main question's options.
