To better understand your customers, you need to make sure you're asking the right questions at the right moment. That's where audiences come in.

How Audiences work

Audiences can be used to determine who sees a question, or can be leveraged for breaking down reports. To create an audience, go to Data -> Audiences, and select the criteria you want to use for your audience.

Reporting

All audience filters can be used for the purpose of creating reporting audiences. After an audience has been created, it will be available on the reports page and can be used to further break down reporting views.

Surveying

The customer and order data listed below can be used for the purpose of creating surveying audiences. Restricting who sees a survey based on an audience is currently only available in the context of the Shopify embed.
