Make sure to familiarize yourself with the Audiences help doc as the foundation for this help doc. And also check out the Filtering Audiences help doc to see a slightly different function of this feature.
Create a Survey or Enter Survey Builder
New Survey
Once you have created the Audiences that you'd like to use, go to the Surveys Page (Surveys -> Surveys) and 'Create New Survey'.
From there you need to choose the Confirmation Survey (KnoLinks surveys do not use Audiences -> you decide the targets by curating the list to whom you send the links either by email or SMS).

Or if you would like to add/change an audience on an existing survey, enter the survey editor by clicking the three-dot menu next to your survey, then Edit.
Choose Target Audience
Once you have entered the survey builder/editor, you can choose the Audience to which you would like this post-purchase survey to be shown. Once you select the target audience, it will have a green checkmark next to it indicating that it is selected. Make sure to save the survey and your survey/audience combination will be live!
Audience Target Behavior
When our survey script loads on your order confirmation page, we will check to see if the customer meets the audience criteria i.e. are they a new customer, did they purchase a particular product, or are they from a German-speaking country, etc.
If they meet the criteria, then we will show them the survey. If they do not meet the criteria, then they won't see a survey on that page.

Note: A customer who has completed a survey, will not see that survey again upon returning to a confirmation page.
