Creating surveys with Kno takes just minutes!
To get started navigate to Data -> Surveys and click the button to create your first survey.
When you arrive you'll have the ability to add audiences and questions to your survey, and customize your survey styles. Let's break it down.
The first step is survey delivery! Send it by email, or enable it for your Shopify confirmation screen.
On paid plans, each survey can be limited to a single audience, or left to display to all customers. Audiences can be created using 60+ different order, customer, and survey response data points. Read more details here.
Each plan has a limit to the number of questions you can add to a survey. For information on all available questions, read more here.
FREE: 3 questions
ANALYST: 12 questions/actions
PRO: Unlimited questions/actions
When you're done adding questions you can customize button and highlight colors, add custom css (only available for use on the order confirmation screen), and change the next/previous button text. Read here for more info.
To enable for Shopify, just save your survey from the creation/edit screen, and choose your positioning options. See the Shopify integration for information about testing the survey live.
